Boots on the Roof – a scam?

After 10 years of contracting and construction experience, a career transition has been long overdue. As an avid solar enthusiast and a follower of the national go-green agenda, I knew that my goal to make a livelihood out of a green roofing business in the residential or commercial space would require the best training the market has to offer. That’s what brought me to Boots. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the team behind Boots. They are passionate, motivated and wonderful advocates for renewable energy. The training has helped me network with professionals from across the nation and a few in my own local areas.

I have gone on to establish my own installation consultancy business, and things have been tremendously busy. A couple of people from my church wanted to follow my footsteps and I was more than happy to share with them my Boots experience and pointed them to their training campus in Fremont, CA. I wanted to take the time to write and share with other people who are looking to make a living in the renewable energy industry, to consider Boots on the Roof. I am not alone in my positive experience with Boots, there are hundreds and thousands others who have graduated from Boots before and after me, who have well established businesses or careers in this space. My classmates all agree that Boots on the Roof encompasses a diverse, reliable, and enjoyable environment, a thriving student community, hands-on instruction and labs. We run into positive life stories every year when we attend industry events like SPI and InterSolar.

In these hard times, when corporate and personal training dollars are few, it is really tough to find a solid training specialist. This team is accredited and the program is rated an A+ under the Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating system. All in all, I was super pleased with the positive ratings and skills I received from the training, both online and personally through various sources, and am looking forward to people harnessing the same experience as me.
